Richard Marin
Director General
A graduate in administration and finance, Richard has over 30 years' experience in management and economic development. Hired as a financial analyst in 1991, he was appointed Director General of the SADC in 1995. Widely recognised for his management and leadership skills, he is also a passionately committed promoter who strongly believes in the development potential of his community. Driven by issues and challenges, his greatest ambition is to contribute to the economic emergence of the Haute-Gaspésie region.

Sonia Milette
Business Advisor
Sonia joined the SADC in 1997. A graduate in finance and accounting, she is responsible for the SADC's regular investment fund and youth affairs in primary and secondary education. She supports and advises promoters throughout their entrepreneurial journey and in all areas of their business. Her attention to client needs, as well as her analytical skills and thoroughness make her a valuable ally for your business.

Audrée-Jade Pelletier
Youth Business Advisor
After spending a few years outside her native Gaspésie, Audrée-Jade returned to the region to pursue her career. A graduate of Université Laval and a candidate for the CPA profession, her mission at the SADC since January 2020 has been to contribute to economic dynamism by supporting and advising young promoters in their business endeavors. Having grown up in an environment where entrepreneurship is omnipresent, she listens and understands the needs of entrepreneurs. Thus, her love for Haute-Gaspésie and her financial skills make her an essential resource.
